Who we are and how to contact us

Universal Designs LLC operates universaldesignsmb.com. Questions or requests about your information can be sent to universaldesignsmb@gmail.com or 843-591-5108.

Information you provide

When you contact us or request an estimate, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email, project location, the service you are interested in, your project description, photos, scheduling preferences and our communications with you. If you choose to receive text messages, we also keep a record of your consent choices, when and how you opted in, and any opt-out requests. Giving us your phone number or sending an inquiry does not by itself sign you up for promotional texts.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, schedule and complete work, keep customer records, send updates you asked for, keep business records and protect our services. We send promotional texts only to people who separately opt in to them. We use consent records to honor your choices and opt-out requests.

Service providers and sharing

Companies that help us run our website, customer records, messaging, email and scheduling may handle information for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights and security. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text message opt-in information or text consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Website technologies

Our website runs on WordPress and may include third-party tools such as maps, reviews and analytics. These services may receive information such as your IP address, device details and pages viewed, and may use cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect some features.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, keep records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Consent and opt-out records may be kept so we can keep honoring your choices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to verifying your identity and our recordkeeping duties. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Declining promotional texts never stops you from requesting an estimate or hiring us.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. See also our SMS Terms & Conditions.
